What is Auto Snooze and how do you set it up?

Auto Snooze lets you automatically pause inactive members. If some of your members are not replying to Catchups, you can automatically pause them after 2, 3 or 4 consecutive Catchups of inactivity. This ensures active members are only matched with other active members. To set up Auto Snooze:

• Navigate to the Catchup Home tab in your workspace.
• Click Channel Settings and select Edit Participation Settings.
• Select after how many Catchups of inactivity members should be auto snoozed from the dropdown menu.
